Refund Policy

1. Overview
Flashtie offers one-time purchase plans for wedding photo and memory sharing. We want every couple to have a great experience, and we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. This policy explains when and how refunds may be issued.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, provided that:
- No wedding event has been created on your account using the purchased plan
- No guest uploads or wishes have been submitted to any event linked to the plan
If you have created an event but no guests have uploaded content, you are still eligible for a refund within the 14-day window.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- The 14-day refund window has passed
- Guest content (photos, videos, or wishes) has been uploaded to your event
- The plan has been used and subsequently upgraded to a higher tier
- The account has been terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
4. Plan Upgrades
If you upgrade your plan (e.g., from Starter to Pro), the upgrade purchase is subject to the same refund policy. The original plan purchase is not refundable once an upgrade has been completed. Upgrade refund requests must be made within 14 days of the upgrade purchase and before any new guest uploads occur.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@auraappstudio.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- The date of purchase
- The plan you purchased
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method and may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
6. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact us before requesting a refund. We will make every effort to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be issued regardless of whether content has been uploaded.
